Brain-health supplements attract bad actors. Fake celebrity endorsements, invented studies, countdown timers that reset, "free trial" offers that quietly enrol you in a monthly charge — the category has produced all of it. So instead of protesting our innocence, here is the checklist we would use on someone else, run over our own business.

- Free trial that rebills? No. There is no trial offer and no subscription; every order is a one-time purchase.

- Dodgy payment methods? No. Card, Apple Pay and Google Pay through Shopify only — never transfers, crypto or gift cards.
- Only five-star reviews? No. We publish critical reviews and a whole complaints page.

The fakes that do exist
There is a real problem worth warning you about, and it is not on this website. When a supplement sells well, two things follow. Marketplace sellers list product under the same name — sometimes resold genuine packs at a markup, sometimes something else entirely in a similar bottle. And lookalike websites appear with a slightly different domain spelling, taking payments for orders that never ship.
We do not supply Amazon, eBay, Catch or any marketplace, and we operate exactly one website. If you did not buy from neurocleanau.com, we cannot verify what is in your bottle and we cannot refund your order — not because we are being difficult, but because it was never our transaction.
How to buy safely — 60 seconds of checking
- Check the domain in the address bar reads neurocleanau.com, with a padlock.
- Confirm prices are in Australian dollars: A$99, A$207, A$294.
- Look for the published 90 day guarantee and the support email address.
- Pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay through Shopify checkout — nothing else.
- Keep the confirmation email with your order number.
What happens if you are unhappy
You email us and you get your money back. That is the whole mechanism. Within 90 days of delivery, with your order number, on opened or empty bottles, back to your original card, normally within three business days of approval. We do not require you to post the bottles back and we do not put you through a retention script. The written terms are on the guarantee page.
Our honest position
NeuroClean will not work for everyone. Some customers tell us they felt nothing after three months, and they get refunded. What we can promise is that the product is real, made in Australia, contains what the label says, and that the guarantee is honoured. If that is not enough to make it worth trying, we would rather you did not buy it.
