Why with food
Two reasons. First, tolerance: Bacopa in particular is well known for causing mild stomach upset on an empty stomach, and almost every discomfort report we receive traces back to someone taking the capsules before eating. Second, habit: breakfast happens every day, so attaching the dose to it is the most reliable way to remember.
Why morning
Not because the ingredients are time-sensitive — none of them are. Morning is recommended because it is the easiest slot to keep for 90 days, and because Panax Ginseng supports mental energy in a way that suits the front of the day. If your routine genuinely works better at lunch or dinner, take it then, with food, and keep it consistent.
Missed doses and travel
- Missed one dose: take it later that day or simply resume tomorrow.
- Missed several days: pick up where you left off. No reset, no catch-up dose.
- Never take four capsules to make up for a missed day. It adds nothing.
- Travelling: keep the capsules in the original labelled bottle, packed in carry-on rather than checked luggage, and take them on your new local morning schedule.
How to make the habit stick
Ninety days is longer than most people manage with any supplement, and the reason bottles get abandoned at week three is never the product — it is the routine. What works:
- Keep the bottle next to the kettle, the coffee machine or the cereal, not in a cupboard.
- Take it at the same anchor point every day rather than at a clock time.
- Tick a calendar square or use a phone alarm for the first three weeks only — after that it is automatic.
- Order the 3 or 6 bottle pack. Running out mid-run is the most common reason people stop.
How long before you notice anything
Sleep first, usually inside a fortnight. Focus and clarity across weeks three to six. Everyday recall from around week six onwards. This is what a cumulative formula looks like, and it is why the guarantee runs a full 90 days rather than 30.
