Overall rating
NeuroClean averages 4.8 out of 5 across 1,276 customer reviews. Below, that feedback is grouped by the outcome customers were chasing — because "it works" means something different to someone worried about names than to someone who cannot get through a book.
Memory and recall
The single largest group of feedback. Customers describe names arriving without the pause, fewer walked-into-the-room moments, and being able to recall a conversation from earlier in the week. This is usually reported from week three onwards rather than in the first fortnight.
Focus and reading
The second largest group. People who had drifted away from books describe finishing chapters again, and re-reading the same paragraph less often. Reviews also mention holding attention through longer tasks such as paperwork or admin.
Mental clarity and energy
Customers describe the mid-afternoon dip flattening out — being able to get through the back half of the day without another coffee. Because the formula is stimulant free, nobody describes a jittery spike followed by a crash.
Sleep
Often the first change reported, sometimes within the first two weeks. Falling asleep more easily and waking less foggy come up repeatedly. Since memory consolidation happens overnight, several customers connect their later memory improvements back to this.
In customers' own words
"I used to walk into a room and completely forget why. Around three weeks in, that stopped happening as often. I feel like I'm following conversations properly again instead of nodding along."
"I'm 67 and I was starting to worry. Names were the worst — I'd see someone at the club and go blank. Two months on NeuroClean and I'm getting them straight away most of the time."
"The thing I noticed first was sleep. I sleep right through now, and the mornings feel clear rather than foggy. My daughter says I'm sharper on the phone."
"I ordered the six-bottle pack because I wanted to give it a fair go. Reading is easier — I can get through a whole chapter without losing the thread."
Where reviews are less positive
- People expecting a same-day effect are consistently disappointed
- Single-bottle buyers frequently stop before the window where most changes are reported
- A minority report no noticeable change at all — and use the refund policy
How to read any brain supplement review
Look for how long the reviewer took it, whether they took it daily, and what specifically changed. A review that says "amazing!" after four days tells you nothing. A review that says "week five, I stopped blanking on names at the club" tells you a great deal.
