- Any third-party website or reseller
Why direct-only
Getting a supplement onto a shelf means paying a distributor, then a retailer, then shelf-space and promotional fees. Typically that doubles the price to the customer. Selling direct from the Australian lab removes those layers entirely, which is how the six bottle package lands at A$49 a bottle rather than well north of A$100.
There are three other reasons it matters:
- Batch traceability. We know exactly which batch went to which order.
- Storage. Product goes from the facility to you, not through months in a warehouse and a warm shopfront.
- Guarantee. We can refund you directly, without a retailer's returns policy sitting in the middle.
If you see NeuroClean listed elsewhere
It is not authorised. We cannot verify what is in the bottle, cannot confirm how it was stored, and cannot honour the 90 day guarantee on it. Marketplace listings using our product name are frequently either counterfeit or unauthorised resales at a markup.
What to check on any listing
- Is the domain neurocleanau.com? If not, it is not us.
- Is the price in Australian dollars and matching A$99 / A$207 / A$294?
- Is the 90 day money-back guarantee stated in writing?
- Is there a contactable Australian support address?
