Why we do not sell through pharmacies
It comes down to arithmetic. A product that reaches a pharmacy shelf usually passes through a wholesaler taking a margin and a retailer taking a larger one. Between them they commonly account for 45–60% of the shelf price. Add the listing fees, the promotional spend chains expect, and the cost of holding stock across hundreds of stores, and a formula like NeuroClean would need to sell for well over A$120 a bottle to make sense.
We would have to do one of two things to hit a shelf price customers accept: cut the doses of the expensive actives — Phosphatidylserine and Lion's Mane are the costly ones — or reduce the number of actives. Both make it a worse product. Selling direct means the money goes into what is in the capsule instead of the margin between the capsule and you.
