All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable. Prices and package availability can change at any time, but the price shown at checkout is the price you pay. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order and refund it in full.
4. Payment
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Submitting an order authorises the charge shown at checkout. NeuroClean Australia does not store your card details.
5. Shipping
Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. See our shipping page for current times and costs.
6. Guarantee and refunds
Orders are covered by our 90 day money-back guarantee as set out on the refund policy page. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
