Delivery times
- Australia — 2–5 business days for most metro addresses, up to 7 business days for regional and remote areas.
- New Zealand — 5–10 business days.
- Rest of world — typically 7–18 business days depending on destination and local customs processing.
Dispatch and tracking
Orders placed before 2pm AEST on a business day are usually packed and dispatched the same day. Everything after that goes out the next business day. As soon as your parcel leaves the warehouse you will receive an email with your tracking number, so you can follow it all the way to your door.
Discreet packaging
NeuroClean ships in plain, unbranded outer packaging. Nothing on the outside identifies what is inside.
Wrong address or missed delivery
If you entered the wrong address, email support@neurocleanau.com immediately — if the parcel has not shipped yet we can fix it. If a parcel is returned to sender, we will resend it once at no extra cost.
Customs and duties
Australian and New Zealand orders do not normally attract additional charges. For other destinations, any local duties or taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
Lost parcels
If tracking has not updated for 7 business days, contact us. We will chase the carrier and, if the parcel cannot be located, send a replacement.
