The only official place to buy NeuroClean
NeuroClean is sold direct from this website and nowhere else. Every bottle we ship comes straight from the Australian batch it was made in, to our warehouse, to your door. There is no distributor in the middle, no wholesaler, and no reseller.
That is a deliberate decision, and it costs us shelf space. But it means three things we could not otherwise promise: the price stays lower without a retailer's margin, we can trace any bottle back to its production batch, and we can honour a 90 day refund on a product we know we shipped.
Why NeuroClean is not in chemists or supermarkets
Retail chains take a substantial cut and require large standing inventory, which pushes both the price and the shelf life pressure up. Marketplaces: what those listings really are
Occasionally NeuroClean-branded listings appear on Amazon, eBay or overseas marketplaces. We do not supply any of them. Some are resellers who bought a pack here and are flipping it at a markup; others are selling something entirely different in a similar bottle. Either way you lose the guarantee, the batch traceability and our support. If you see one, email support@neurocleanau.com and we will have it removed.

What happens after you place an order
- You receive an emailed confirmation with your order number immediately.
- Orders placed before 2pm AEST on a business day are packed and dispatched the same day from our Australian warehouse.
- A tracking number follows by email, usually within one business day.
- Delivery is 2–5 business days to Australian metro areas, 4–8 to regional and remote, and 5–10 to New Zealand.

Buying for a parent or partner
A lot of our orders are placed by adult children for a mum or dad. You can ship to any Australian address, so put their address in the shipping fields and your own email in the contact field if you want the tracking and receipts to come to you. The guarantee belongs to whoever placed the order, so you can request a refund yourself if it is not right for them.
Which package should you order?
Most first-time customers take the three bottle pack, because 90 days is the length of the guarantee and the fair window to judge a memory supplement. Most repeat customers take six, because it is A$49 a bottle and removes the risk of running out mid-way.
